We believe in total transparency showing workers’ pay rates and Clients charge rates. These rates are generic and can be personalised to suit each Client depending on sites and numbers. We also have the flexibility to lock in pricing for up to 2 years.
We aim to reduce our client’s cost and risk, and ensure value for money. Our experience and knowledge, as a provider of Recruitment services (including Labor Hire) and our commitment to transparency and ethical business practices, has resulted in SPT Recruitment Specialists being regarded as a supplier of choice by like-minded companies.
We apply the relevant award or EA to the candidate that would otherwise be in place. We also pay like for like on the job site to ensure a smooth and operational workplace.

Clients would often use SPT Recruitment Solutions as a screening process for potential new employees. The candidate would be employed through us and if the candidate meets all criteria from the client, the candidate is then employed full time with no transition fee at any time. If the candidate does not meet the criteria, the candidate is then removed and replaced by another potential candidate.
